Interviews and Meetings with Healthcare Payer Executives for Reimbursement, Marketing, and Product Development Purposes
Interviewing healthcare payer executives is a customized approach to helping our companies solve their coverage, reimbursement, as well as regulatory, clinical, marketing, sales matters. Interviews are conducted on one-on-one basis and include current, not former, medical executives with experience and responsibility for their respective national or regional commercial health insurance and Medicare Advantage plans.
In addition to interviews, meeting with coding agency and healthcare payer representatives is another vehicle for our companies to coding, coverage and reimbursement issues. We will recruit the appropriate representatives, prepare the meeting documentation and lay the groundwork to help ensure the meeting’s objectives are meet for the company and the coding and payer representatives. We will accompany our companies to meetings or serve as an envoy during a meeting on the behalf of our companies. An important objective from meetings is to help establish a long lasting professional relationship between our companies and the coding agencies and the payers. In doing so this create opportunities for both parties to collaborate to advance the medical device’s coding, coverage and reimbursement needs.
